Wanda and Janek’s relationship has been stagnating for some time. “It’s like a chewed-through charger cable. It’s supposed to charge, but it just doesn’t,” says Wanda, reflecting on their long-term relationship.
That’s why the couple makes one last attempt to save their love and sets out on a journey along the winter coast of the Baltic Sea.
Maria Zbąska’s feature-length debut is a story full of intelligent humor. It also offers hope to all those who—despite living in an age when everything broken is thrown away—try to fix their belongings (and relationships).
