The Stiassni brothers were among the leading figures of Brno’s textile industry and played a key role in the development of the factory that later became Vlněna. Villa Stiassni curator Kateřina Konečná will present the story of the family, the creation of the iconic villa designed by Ernst Wiesner, and its transformation after the original owners were forced into exile.
