The piece explores the body-embedded memory of the family as a form of “already made”- an invisible yet defining structure that precedes and permeates us. Through minimalist work with movement and props, the performer gradually delves into layers of generational imprints: from unconscious being, through haptic exploration, to the moment of entanglement, constriction, and the subsequent struggle for release. The result is a physical and symbolic reconstruction of our relationship to what is given to us. A process in which the inherited can become material for our own rewriting. Live music organically accompanies this process and co-creates a shifting space in which movement and memory are constantly being recomposed.
