Noam Darom, a native of Israel who has been living in the Czech Republic for more than twenty years, will guide you through the stories behind Israeli dishes, their origins, and their cultural context. Drawing on his extensive experience in gastronomy and his passion for culinary arts, he will introduce the flavours, aromas, and traditions that create the unique mosaic of Israeli cuisine.
The lecture will also include a tasting of selected Israeli specialties, allowing visitors to experience Israeli culture not only through storytelling, but through all their senses.
