THE WORKSHOP ORIGINALLY PLANNED WITH THE DRUŽSTVO ŽIVOT CHOIR HAS BEEN REPLACED BY A COLLECTIVE SINGING WORKSHOP WITH PAVLA KOPŘIVOVÁ DUE TO ILLNESS.

A shared journey of imagination, becoming present in the body through the voice, and connecting on a level beyond the mental—on the level of the body, instinct, and feelings. Through improvisation, guided vocal meditation, and simple, traditional forms of communal singing such as call-and-response, we can achieve co-regulation of the nervous system, a temporary sense of community, and a pleasant merging into soundscapes.
