After years of anticipation, one of the most explosive and unique acts on the international scene is returning to the Czech Republic. Malox arrives at the Brno Jewish Cultural Festival to remind the city what music without boundaries sounds like. The ensemble - led by brothers Eyal Talmudi (Saxophone, Clarinet) and Assaf Talmudi (Keys), alongside powerhouse drummer Roy Chen - creates a head-on collision between Jewish Klezmer traditions, raw Rock & Roll, psychedelic grooves, and uncompromising Avant-Garde. Since their last performance in Brno many years ago, the band has toured the globe, from major festival stages to underground clubs, refining a signature sound where virtuosic wind playing meets tribal rhythms and warm electronics. "Returning to Brno feels like a powerful closing of a circle for us," says the band. "This city has a special memory of our energy, and we are coming back more mature, more free, and with a deep hunger to shake these streets once again." The Malox performance at the festival promises to be an ecstatic celebration of improvisation and freedom - with one foot rooted in a rich Jewish past and the other kicking hard into the future.
